Cancer in Young People in Canada (CYP-C) Status Report Published

CYP-C is pleased to announce the release (June 10, 2015) of the program’s status report in the journal Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention in Canada. The publication can be found at http://www.phac-aspc.gc.ca/publicat/hpcdp-pspmc/35-4/ar-02-eng.php.  

The Cancer in Young People in Canada/ Cancer Chez les Jeunes au Canada program (CYP-C / CCJC) is a collaborative effort between the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and the C17 Council at the 16 pediatric hematology and oncology programs (17 sites) across Canada. The purpose of CYP-C / CCJC is to contribute to the control of cancer in children and adolescents in Canada by collaborating in the collection, analysis, interpretation and dissemination of Canadian population based surveillance data.Picture1
