Pediatric Hematologist Physician Department of Pediatrics, Saskatoon Health Region

Position profile – Saskatoon Health Region is seeking applications for Pediatric Hematology short term locums between January and December 2017. The position will include clinical duties comprised of a mixture of inpatient consultative hematology service and ambulatory care.  The duration of the locum is flexible, though a minimum one week commitment is required.

Location of practice – Royal University Hospital, Saskatoon, SK.

Qualifications / Requirements of the position – Interested applicants must hold an MD, be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan, and be a certified fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Pediatrics. Preference will be given to applicants who are Royal College certified in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, although applicants in their final year of an accredited Canadian fellowship program will also be accepted.
