The Phoebe Rose Rocks Foundation was founded in 2016 in memory of Phoebe Rose Doull-Hoffman to raise awareness and funds for childhood cancer research. Phoebe’s family and community established the Phoebe Rose Rocks Foundation to foster positive change within the childhood cancer community. Our mission is to support families who need to travel for treatment (more than 200kms) and to raise funds for childhood cancer research with a specific focus on difficult to treat and cure childhood cancers. For example: infant leukemia, acute myeloid leukemia, pediatric brain tumors.
The Phoebe Rose Rocks Foundation became an official registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency in April, 2017. We are just getting started! Stay tuned for news on our progress, financials and strategic plan!
We would love to hear from you!

I’m asking if you can help me fundraise for the Sears National Kids Cancer Ride 2015.
Cancer is the biggest killer of Canadian children after trauma. That’s cruel and not fair. Although 82% of kids with cancer are cured, 18% are not. That’s unacceptable.
No child deserves cancer. It robs kids of their childhood and rips families apart. Kids and families have to endure so much suffering and pain, separation and stress. We want to make this a thing of the past.
That’s why we ride in the Sears National Kids Cancer Ride – a chance to raise awareness and to raise money to help fight kids cancer. Every dollar donated goes to support the 17 children’s cancer units across the country, cancer research and help kids be kids again at camps such as Camp good time, and Camp Trillium. I am riding again this year to try and make a difference. So are 32 other dedicated riders, and the volunteers who support us in doing this journey .
Please consider supporting us by helping me raise $25,000 towards this goal by visiting http://www.snkcr.com/brucecrooks and either making a donation, or doing some fundraising on our behalf so we can say no kid deserves cancer, and no kid has to suffer again.
