C17 is excited to announce that we are participating in an online knowledge sharing network called Sosido (www.sosido.com), which we hope will be an invaluable tool for strengthening our pan-Canadian network and collaborations.
“Sosido was created for and by healthcare associations, to speed knowledge transfer, promote collaboration, highlight the important work and research by members, and bridge silos by publicizing the contributions of each specialty group to the broader healthcare community.” C17 joins a growing network of associations and research groups on Sosido.
You will receive a weekly email digest summarizing all activity in our pediatric hematology/oncology community. You don’t have to log in to participate, and anything that’s important will come to your inbox, including:
- Updates on all publications authored by C17 members that week. Sosido automatically delivers a current and complete snapshot of the work of our community.
- News from the NEW C17 blog
- A summary of new articles released that week from journals chosen by you.
- Access to a secure C17 members-only forum to ask and answer questions.
(Watch a slide tour of Sosido.)
You’ll receive an email from Sosido shortly with details about how to set up your account, and you’ll receive your first weekly email digest on Wednesday, March 4.
In your first digest you will receive feeds from a default selection of pediatric hematology/oncology journals. You can login at Sosido.com and change your preferred journals at any time. You can receive as little, or as much, information as you like. If you already receive a Sosido digest from a different group (e.g., CBMTG, CAPhO, CARO) your summaries will be combined.
We look forward to enhancing our C17 community and communication through Sosido, and we welcome your questions and feedback.
Please note that you can unsubscribe from Sosido emails or remove yourself from the Sosido network at any time.
